Chevrolet Plaza Summer Cinema Series Set to Begin on Wednesday, June 19 with Screening of 'Captain Marvel'

DETROIT – Details for the inaugural Chevrolet Plaza Summer Cinema Series were announced today featuring four free, family-friendly movie screenings throughout the summer in the Chevrolet Plaza at Little Caesars Arena in The District Detroit. 

Presented by Chevrolet, Captain Marvel is set for the first screening on Wednesday, June 19. Three additional box-office hits will be shown on weeknights throughout the summer in Chevrolet Plaza, which provides a unique outdoor viewing experience on the massive 50-foot video board. All movies will start at 7:30 p.m. 

Below is the schedule of screenings for the Chevrolet Plaza Summer Cinema Series

 • Wednesday, June 19 – Captain Marvel 

• Wednesday, July 10 – Lego Movie 2 

• Wednesday, July 31 – Aquaman 

• Tuesday, Aug. 13 – Moana
