Sports & Social Detroit Unleashes New Appetizers, Plates and Desserts at Little Caesars Arena
Sports & Social Detroit, the premier sports bar at Little Caesars Arena, recently unveiled a revamped menu featuring high-grade beef burgers, flatbreads, fish tacos and new desserts.
The sports bar and social lounge revealed the new selections in November 2018, said manager Darrell McNall. While most of the menu has been completely overhauled, finger-food favorites, like the crispy-breaded wings and loaded nachos, remain.
Known for its multi-screen T.V. walls, the two-level eatery has become a favorite among sports fans, foodies and professionals since it debuted in September 2017. The direction of the improved menu focuses on single-menu ingredients, allowing the kitchen to create delectable dishes from more than 150 fresh ingredients. The new burgers, served with fries, now feature a higher-quality 8 oz. beef burger instead of two, ¼-pound patties. And while the restaurant still serves its signature State Fair Doughnuts, the dessert menu now includes carrot cake, a double chocolate sundae and a skillet-baked chocolate chip cookie.
More healthful options include a selection of four salads, boasting seared and marinated meats and fresh veggies. Other menu items include the Dr. Pepper Glazed Ribs and fun sandwich options like the Nashville Hot Chicken and Kimchi Cubano.
Soon, the sports bar will debut a new cocktail drink menu just in time for the warmer spring and summer months, McNall said.
